About me

In 2020 I resigned from my long-time corporate job and opened my own psychology practice. I know what the problems of people with ADHD are in their personal and professional lives, because I used to have , still do. I also know how to solve them. 
Everything I teach comes from my and clients experience.
I support adults with ADHD to introduce habits that make everyday challenges easier.
I strengthen organisational skills and deal with procrastination, restore hope, give courage & teach how to turn weaknesses into success.
